Each teacher is part of a professional learning community of practice where they work with one another, learning specialists and administrators to learn and use ever more effective and useful teaching and learning strategies and hone their understanding of principles of pedagogy and good practice. Teachers at Lingaya’s Public School work closely with each apprentice to understand their erudition style and acclimate assignments and projects to complement that student’s individual strengths. Perhaps most importantly, the student-teacher bond — one of support, encouragement, and adaptability in learning — fosters feelings of accomplishment and confidence to approach learning challenges head-on.

Our teachers are highly skilled classroom practitioners and undertake leadership and management roles commensurate with their potential. They support the students to improve the skill, knowledge and performance with the improved CBSE standard curriculum.

Here teachers are responsible for coordinating with other staffs to achieve improvements in teaching and learning which may involve the coordination and professional support of scholars through collaborating and coaching and using processes that develop knowledge and practice. They believe in managing all significant area to function within the school with a high degree of independence to ensure the effective development, provision and evaluation of the school’s education. They also make a significant contribution to policy development relating to teaching and learning in the school which directly impact and influence on the achievement of the school goals and are responsible for the implementation of one or more priorities contained in the school strategic plan.
